Terms of Service
Effective date: August 3, 2026 · OnChainToday (Coalesce Keiretsu)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of OnChainToday.com, related domains, APIs, agent interfaces, and services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by OnChainToday / Coalesce Keiretsu entities (“OCT,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Accounts may require first name, email, and country of residence. Elevated access (Verified Agent or Admin) is granted solely at OCT’s discretion and may be revoked. You are responsible for safeguarding your email, wallets, credentials, and devices.
2. Marketplace assets
The Platform may offer domain names, @trust / FIO handles, related digital identity assets, tokenization paths, funding journeys, and other listings. Prices and availability may change until a transaction is completed. Buy It Now, Lease-to-Own, Make Offer, Barter, and similar actions create commercial intent subject to payment verification, compliance review, and successful transfer. OCT may refuse or cancel transactions that fail verification, violate law, or present unacceptable risk.
3. Payments (crypto, tokens, xStocks)
Payments may be made using supported cryptocurrencies, tokens, or tokenized equities (including xStocks) as displayed at checkout. The official payment destination is the listed network address shown for your selected chain. OnChainToday@trust is optional identity only and is not required to complete purchase. Paying a handle that a wallet does not resolve is user error; the listed address is the official destination. Optional GIV DAO contributions selected at checkout are voluntary and are not platform service fees for the asset itself.
4. Absolute No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. OCT DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, CHARGEBACKS, OR CHARGE REVERSALS FOR ANY COMPLETED OR USER-INITIATED BLOCKCHAIN PAYMENT. Once you send digital assets on a blockchain network, the transfer is generally irreversible. By completing a purchase, Lease-to-Own payment, or related transfer, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including change of mind, delay in transfer processing, third-party registrar or network delays, or dissatisfaction after delivery, except where a non-waivable consumer law expressly requires otherwise (and then only to the minimum extent required).
5. Irreversible blockchain transfers & user error
Blockchain, crypto, token, and xStock transfers are irreversible once broadcast and confirmed by the relevant network. OCT is not responsible for user error. Without limitation, you bear sole risk of loss if you:
- Send assets to an incorrect address or handle;
- Select the wrong network, chain, or asset type;
- Send a partial amount, incorrect amount, or unsupported token;
- Pay a handle that your wallet does not resolve instead of the listed address;
- Experience delayed confirmation, mempool congestion, or network reorgs;
- Lose access to your wallet, keys, or recovery phrases;
- Are victim of phishing, malware, or third-party compromise of your devices.
Assets sent in error may be permanently lost and unrecoverable by OCT. OCT has no obligation to recover, reverse, credit, or replace any such transfer. Always double-check network, asset, amount, and destination before sending.
6. Payment verification windows
After you submit a transaction ID (TXID), OCT may attempt automated and/or manual verification. Orders may remain pending for a limited window (for example, up to sixty minutes) before expiring if payment is not confirmed. Expiration does not create a refund right for any on-chain transfer already sent. You may need to open a new order if a window expires.
7. Lease-to-Own
Where Lease-to-Own is offered, you agree to the payment schedule, interim-use conditions, and default rules displayed at checkout. Interim use (such as temporary redirect or nameserver configuration for domains, or temporary mapping rights for handles) does not equal full ownership. Full ownership transfers only after all required payments are confirmed. Missed payments after any stated grace period may return the asset to OCT inventory without refund of amounts already paid, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Barter / alternative offers
Barter and alternative-offer inquiries are not completed purchases. Submission creates a request for review only. No asset transfer is promised until a separate written agreement and verification process are completed.
9. Transfers of domains & handles
After confirmed payment, assets may be queued for transfer. Domain registrar processes and on-chain handle actions (including FIO xferaddress) may require buyer cooperation and third-party systems outside OCT’s sole control. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
10. Tokenization & RWA
Tokenization features are available only to authorized parties. Smart contracts, chains, bridges, and wallets involve technical and market risk. OCT does not guarantee liquidity, valuation, regulatory treatment, or uninterrupted chain availability.
11. Agents & automation
The Platform is agent-accessible. Automated clients must honor rate limits, robots rules, and authentication requirements. Abuse or circumvention of access controls is prohibited. Referral programs, if offered, are subject to published terms and may be changed or ended at any time.
12. Acceptable use
You will not use the Platform for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, or infringement of others’ rights. OCT may suspend access and cooperate with competent authorities.
13. Intellectual property
Platform software, branding, and content are owned by OCT or licensors. No license is granted except as needed to use the Platform as intended.
14. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Digital assets and blockchain systems are inherently risky.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS. AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID TO OCT FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRIOR THREE MONTHS (EXCLUDING BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK FEES AND IRREVERSIBLE TRANSFERS YOU INITIATED), OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
16. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless OCT, affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your wallets, your transactions, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Coalesce Keiretsu operating entities as designated in a transaction confirmation or by OCT notice, without regard to conflict of laws. Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days before formal dispute resolution as OCT designates for the relevant region, except where prohibited.
18. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product evolution. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: Support@OnChainToday.com or legal@onchaintoday.com (or successor addresses published on the Platform).
