Intellectual Property & Affiliation
Effective date: October 6, 2026 · OnChainToday (Coalesce Keiretsu)
This page explains how OnChainToday treats third-party names that may appear as domains or @trust handles in the catalog. It is marketplace transparency copy, not legal advice and not a certified compliance claim.
1. Non-affiliation
OnChainToday (OCT) and Coalesce Keiretsu are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party brand, person, company, ticker, entertainment property, or trademark that may appear as a domain or @trust handle in the catalog. Catalog names are string identifiers offered by sellers or listed for market discovery, not proof of rights, license, or relationship.
2. Handles ≠ endorsement
A handle, “Verified” badge, featured placement, or listed price does not mean OCT, Coalesce, or any seller is affiliated with the namesake. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for confirming they have rights to use a name before purchase, transfer, or public use.
Takedown requests
If you believe a listing infringes your rights, contact Support@OnChainToday.com with the listing, your rights and your contact details. We review requests promptly and may remove a listing from public sale.
If a listing you bought is removed or cannot be delivered because of a rights claim, you may choose either a full refund of what you paid or a coupon for 50% off a future OCT purchase.
Removal from public sale does not change on-chain ownership of a handle already transferred to you. A handle OCT still holds for delivery is not transferred after removal; you choose the refund or the coupon instead.
Refunds are made in the same asset and amount you paid, whatever its price at the time of refund. If a rights claim removes a Lease-to-Own listing, we refund every payment you made, in kind, to the paying wallet, and the lease ends with no further payments owed. If the coupon expires unused, you can still ask for a refund within 30 days of expiry. OCT pays the refund network fee.
The same section appears in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
4. Seller attestation
Sellers listing domains or handles represent that they have (or will obtain before transfer) sufficient rights to sell/transfer the asset, that the listing does not willfully infringe third-party rights, and that they will cooperate with lawful takedown or dispute processes. OCT may quarantine or delist without admitting liability.
5. No legal advice
This page is for marketplace transparency. It is not legal advice. Rights disputes may require counsel.
