This Privacy Policy explains how OnChainToday (“OCT,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, APIs, agent interfaces, and related services (the “Platform”).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: first name, email, country of residence, and additional profile fields when you elevate access.
• Transaction data: offers, purchase intents, buyer transfer packets, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, chain selections, and optional GIV contribution choices.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, client kind (human/agent signals), device/browser metadata, cookies, and logs for security and reliability.
• Communications: messages you send via forms or support channels.

2. How we use data

We use information to operate the marketplace, verify payments, complete transfers, provide tokenization and agent features, prevent fraud/abuse, comply with law, improve the Platform, and communicate about transactions. Optional GIV contributions are processed as you select at checkout.

3. Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, auth, analytics), payment and blockchain infrastructure, professional advisors, affiliates within Coalesce Keiretsu for legitimate operational purposes (including Bridge/ops and positive impact accounting), and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

4. International transfers & retention

Data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards. We retain information as needed for transactions, legal obligations, disputes, and security, then delete or anonymize when no longer required.

5. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, and authorized operator gates. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. A formal Security Sweep Protocol is maintained and evolves with Platform scale.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact privacy@onchaintoday.com (or successor address). You may also withdraw marketing consent where applicable. Some data must be retained for legal or transactional integrity.

7. Cookies & agents

We use essential cookies for authentication and security, and may use limited analytics. Automated agents should identify themselves responsibly; we may log client kind for capacity planning and abuse prevention. Public display of aggregate agent metrics, if any, is controlled by OCT.

8. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 16 (or higher age where required).

9. Changes

We may update this Policy for legal or product evolution. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
